In addition to a wealth of impressive experience in catering and restaurants, our own Executive Chef, Jerry Kizhnerman, is the co-owner of Bistro Sofia, an award-winning restaurant in Greensboro. Chef Jerry brings his culinary magic to guests and campers at Ramah Darom year-round.

Chef Brad owns The Painted Plate Catering in Greensboro, which features catering and a full-service, on-site Banquet Hall, well known in the Triad for its stellar service and delicious array of menus.
Chefs Brad and Jerry have collaborated for many years, and bring with them a high level of professionalism, innovation, service and a phenomenal staff.
